• Device Storage: With your permission, we access your device's file explorer to allow you to upload medical records, health reports, and appointment attachments. This is done only when you explicitly choose to upload a file.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version for troubleshooting and analytics.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, such as features used, session duration, and navigation patterns.

1.3 Log Data & Error Reporting

• We use Sentry for error logging and crash reporting. This helps us identify bugs and improve app stability. Sentry may collect device information, stack traces, and anonymized usage data.

• 📁 Storage / Files: Required to upload medical records, health reports, and appointment attachments from your device. This is only accessed when you explicitly choose to upload a file.
• 📱 Phone: Used for OTP-based login and account verification.

Note: All permissions are requested with your explicit consent, and you can revoke them at any time through your device settings.

Aura Nutriheal is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
